Highly adjustable, with click stops for
five front-to-back, three side-to-side
and variable rotate angles.
Sport-sit details
 

Backs
Anti-kickback action when the lever is released.
Height adjustable (range 15–23cm).
Fix at any angle (–5° forwards to +20° back).

Small Back (SPS3)
Shaped for pelvic support.
Sternum support (SPS5)
Use conventionally or sit with pad on chest.
Adjust height until top supports lowest rib.
Full Back (SPS7, as illustrated, left)
Shaped for upper back support, while allowing freedom of movement.
 
Seat
Unique shaping holds pelvis when tilted forwards.
Tilt (–8° forwards to +10° back).
Height range varies with stem (see Stems, Sport-sit Range page).
 
Fabrics
Standard: Xtreme.
Options: Pure New Wool, PVC , anti-static cloth or full Alcantara. 
Standard for Xtreme and Pure New Wool cover:
Anti-slip Alcantara on rear half of seat.
Standard for PVC cover:
Anti-slip polyurethane net sewn on rear half of seat
(unless requested otherwise).
 
Arms (optional extra)
Standard arms: multi-positional AMP1X armpads.
Options: A3 short armpads or A7V viscose elastic armpads.
 
Controls
Levers easy to adjust when seated.
Colour coded for identification.
 
Bases
Standard: black five leg base (BNMS64) with movement-stop
(GSM-S) stem (see below).
Tripod extending leg set, folds for transport.
 
Castors
Standard: soft floor castors with GSM-S stem
Optional extra: semi-braked, auto locking or glides.
 
 
 
 
 
Movement-stop gas stem
Allows safe sit-standing.

 Normal sitting
Free moving chair with seat below 65cm.
 
Release rubber brake by lowering seat below 65cm. Stand up from chair.
On re-sitting brake retracts, so castors can operate to restore movement.
  		 
 Sit-standing
Movement locked, seat above 65cm.
 
 Body weight forces rubber brake onto floor, stopping movement. Secure for sit-stand work at high work surfaces.

Sport-sit range features
