Using the Shopping Cart
|

The shopping cart works in the standard way. A list is created of the
accessories that you; Add to Cart. Quantities can be revised
or accessories removed from the list when viewing the cart.
(see View Cart in the side menu)
If you need help at any stage you can call us during normal office
hours (UK). The numbers are at the top of the page.
On checkout select one of two ways to order:
Credit Card, via Phone or Fax:
When you have completed your name and address; Submit Order
will open the Payment Form page. Print this page out and if
faxing your order in; add the credit card details (VISA or MasterCard)
and fax the form to the number shown. Alternatively you can phone your
order through.
Invoice:
If you have an account with us (or would like to have an account with us)
submitting your order on checkout is all that you need to do as
your order will be e-mailed to us. Though we would recommend that you print
the Payment Form page out for your records. If you are an existing account
customer and know your ASD account reference there is a field to add this
on the Billing Form but it is not essential to do so.

Tracking your order:
You can use the Reference Number (its on the Payment
Form page and in the confirmation e-mail) at any time to check the status
of your order. Go to Order Tracking in the side menu. We update
the order status database on a daily basis (weekdays).

Acceptance of orders
Please note that our acceptance of any order is subject to our normal trading
terms & conditions and your account status at the time of receiving
the order.
Privacy and security
No credit card details are stored on ASD website servers as a result of using the shopping cart.
A Session Cookie is set while you are using the shopping cart but this is deleted
when you close your browser. For further general privacy information please see our Online
Privacy Policy, the link is at the bottom of the page.
